Steve Peterson, General Partner

Steve Peterson is the Portfolio Manager of Millrock Capital and Millrock Development, founded in 2001. Millrock is a value investor and developer in long term real estate investments. Mr. Peterson also is actively investing in new business startups that involve disruptive and innovative ideas that tackle important issues in society.

Mr. Peterson received a BS in Administrative Systems, Management and Operations from the Jon M. Huntsman School of Business at USU. Mr. Peterson is an Entrepreneurial Founders Board Member at USU School of Business and  serves as a Board Member of the Center for Medical Innovation at the University of Utah and National Advisory Board at UVU. 

Gary Bullock, Director of Operations

 Mr. Bullock has worked in the commercial real estate profession throughout Utah and Texas since 1986.  He holds both a Utah Principal Real Estate Brokerage license and a Duel Real Estate Brokerage License and is the Director of Operations for Millrock Management, LLC and is also the Managing Broker for their Property Management Group.   Mr. Bullock has worked with three of the largest real estate, development and property management companies in Utah, including owning his own real estate brokerage and consulting company.

Gary has also earned the designation as a Certified Property Manager (CPM) through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and Administration.

Mr. Bullock is very active in the community and professionally and has served on a number of community and professional committees and boards.  He currently serves on the Kaysville City Planning Commission and served as the Chair of the Planning Commission in 2015.  He has served on the Kaysville City Business and Economic Development Committee, Civic Affairs Committee and Chaired the Kaysville City General Plan Evaluation and Re-write Committee.  Mr. Bullock is a past President of the Building Owners and Managers Association of Utah (BOMA Utah) and currently serves as one of their Directors and as their Government Affairs Committee Chair.  He is also the Vice President for the Pacific Northwest Region of BOMA International.  Mr. Bullock also serves as the Legislative Chair for the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and is the past Chair of the Board of Trustees, and the Government Affairs/RPAC Committee for the Northern Wasatch Association of Realtors.  He was also a member of the Government Affairs Committee for The Utah Association of Realtors and served as a past Board Member of Downtown Ogden Inc.

 Madison Haslam, Sr Property Manager

Ms. Haslam has been the Property Manager at Millrock Park 2012. She is a member of the Utah chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and has received their Certified Property Manager designation (CPM). Madison is also a member of Building Owners and Managers Association in Utah (BOMA) and is a licensed Sales Agent in the state of Utah. She received her degree in Sociology from Utah State University with a minor in Family and Human Development in 2008. She has enjoyed being a committee member for Festival of Trees since 2011 and volunteers with them each year to benefit the children in need at Primary Children’s Hospital. Her goal is to make Millrock Park a property where tenants, clients and vendors want to do their business because of the quality and professionalism of the management team as well as the beauty of the grounds and buildings.
